Association of victims of the armed conflict in Bojayá

For years, afrocolombian and indigenous communities have lived together in their territory, rich in natural resources and surrounded by the Atrato and Bojayá rivers, which are fundamental for the development of their culture and ancestral practices.

These communities work hand in hand to cultivate, harvest and sell Turmeric. This root has medicinal and aromatic properties, and its sown in the middle of banana crops where it absorbs the soil nutrients, making it a 100% natural product.

Under the brand Curcumetto, this initiative seeks to contribute to the development of 150 families of the Bojayá and to the rescue of their traditions.
