Compaz Foundation

In a municipality of the Nariño coast, known as El Charco, a group of young entrepreneurs created Frutichar, a start-up to grow organic exotic fruits such as borojó, arazá, açaí or naidí, among others, which they transform into frozen pulps and other products.

Currently 714 families are part of this social business, which promotes a strategy for the substitution of illicit crops in order to create opportunities for the youth and rural families that have suffered from the armed conflict.

Their goal is to become an innovative company with a positive environmental impact, and to replicate their experience in other territories.
